In the name of the RA National Assembly and personally me I warmly congratulate you on being reelected in the high post of the President of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh.
Your convincing victory in the regular presidential elections held in compliance with the standards of democracy in the sovereign Artsakh is the evidence of continuous trust shown towards you by the people of Nagorno Karabakh. It documents that the NKR citizens support the policy aimed at strengthening the country, which pursue the Nagorno Karabakh authorities led by you.
I am sure that being reelected in the post of the head of the state you will continue the implementation of the steps directed to the reinforcement and the progress of the NKR statehood with your further activity.
