Born on September 22, 1971 in the Medovka village in Kalinino region.

1988 - Entered the Agricultural Institute in Odessa, and, 1990 - moved to the Yerevan Cattle Breeding and Veterinary Institute.

1993 - Graduated from the Cattle - breeding faculty of Yerevan Veterinary Institute. Vet-engineer.

1993 - 1995 - Chief Vet in the “Narek” agricultural collective farm.

1997 - 2012 - Deputy Mayor of Medovka in Lori province.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

Married, with two children.
