Born on March 9, 1964 in Yerevan.

1985 - Graduated from the faculty of Physics of the Yerevan State University.

1988 - Postgraduate of the Yerevan Physics Institute. Physicist.

2000 - Graduated from the faculty of International Relations and Public Affairs at the New York Columbia University in the USA. Master of International Relations.

1988 - 1991 - Junior scientific worker at Yerevan Physics Institute.

July 1991 - November 1991 - Advisor to the President of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia.

1991 - 1998 - Assistant to the President of the Republic of Armenia, and since 1994 simultaneously the President's press secretary.

1998 - 2012 - Responsible for the Public Relations Office of the first President of the Republic of Armenia - Levon Ter-Petrosyan.

2001 - 2004 - Head of the public Relations Division of the “PricewaterhouseCoopers” Capital Markets Development Project association in Armenia.

2008 - 2013 -  Coordinator of the central office of the “Armenian National Congress.”
