Born on August 7, 1963 in Vardablur village (Aragatsotni marz.)

1985 - Graduated from the faculty of Physics of the Yerevan State University.

1988 - Postgraduate of YSU. Physicist. Candidate for Sciences of Physics and Mathematics.

1988 - 2000 - Senior Scientific researcher at the faculty of Physics at YSU.

2000 - 2004 - Head of the Department of Estate Property Management of the Ministry of State Property Management of   the Republic of Armenia.

2004 - 2006 - Director of “Mashtots” branch at Yerevan Water and Sewerage CJSC.

Since 2006 - Senior Scientific researcher at the Department of Physics of YSU.

Since 2007 - Director of “Devout generation” foundation.

1994 -2001 - Member of NDU (National Democratic Union) party.

1997 - 2001 - Secretary of NDU Secretariat.

Since 2001- Member of LDUA (Liberal Democratic Union of Armenia) party.

2004 - 2009 - Vice president of LDUA party.

2009 - 2012 - Head of the Department of LDUA party.

Since 2012 - Member of RPA.

April 26, 2014 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the Republican party of Armenia.

Author of numerous scientific works and articles.

Married, with two children.
