Born on November 15, 1984 in Yerevan.

2006 - Graduated from the Department of Political Science of the Faculty of International Relations of the Yerevan State University.

2009 - Candidate for Political Sciences.

Advanced Training Courses at the Universities of Berkeley (UC Berkeley), Michigan (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor), Central European University, and the Norwegian Institute of International Relations (NUPI).

Author of a dozen scientific publications.

2005 - 2006 - Coordinator of Customer Service Division of Phone Calls Center of K-Telecom (VivaCell) Company.

2006 - 2007 - Head of the program “Youth Parliament” of the NGO “Youth Achievements.”

2007 - 2012 - Coordinator of the initiatives of the Armenian branch of the organization IFES (International Foundation for Electoral Systems), related to the improvement of voter lists, voter education and youth involvement.

2009 - 2016 - Lecturer at Yerevan State University.

2011- 2012 and 2014 - 2015 - Teacher of “Ayb” High School.

2012 - 2015 - Specialist in monitoring and evaluation of the USAID program “Assistance to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia,” then head of the component on strengthening parliamentary control.

2015 - 2017 - Head of Research Component, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of the “My Armenia” Program of the Smithsonian Institution.

2016 - 2018 - Representative of the “Galust Gulbenkyan Organization” in Armenia.

2017- 2018 - Head of the “Program of Young Experts of Armenia” (YES Armenia).

2011 - Co-founder of the Initiative of Armenian Higher Education.

Since 2014 - Member of the International Political Science Association.

Since 2019 - Member of the Board of Trustees of the YSU.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

Married, with two children.
