Born September 14, 1969 in Kirovakan (now Vanadzor).

1988 - 1989 - Served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.

1992 - Graduated from the Kirovakan branch of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. Engineer. Mechanical Engineer.

1997- 2001 - Teacher of the Vanadzor school #13.

2003 - Expert - Evaluator of the program “Assessment of the NGO Sector.”

2006 - Expert of the program “Strengthening the Complex Waste Management System in the Republic of Armenia.”

2008 - 2019 - Head of Security Service of the CJSC “Armobil” in Lori province.

Since 2011 - Lecturer at the Vanadzor branch of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.

2016 - 2019 - Member of the Municipal Council of Vanadzor.

2003 - 2019 - Chairman of the NGO “Development Center of Lori.”

2008 - 2014 - Member of the Board of Social Assistance, adjunct to the Vanadzor Regional Department of Social Assistance.

2016 - 2018 - Member of the Regional Committee for the Promotion of Employment of the Lori Province.

2018 - Member of the Public Board, adjunct to the Minister of the Territorial Administration and Development of the Republic of Armenia.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #9 of the “Bright Armenia” party.

Married, with two children.
