1997 - Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Construction Management of the Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction. Engineer-Economist.

1999 - Graduated from the magistracy of the State Engineering University of Armenia (now - the National Polytechnic University of Armenia) - Department of Engineering Management.

Master of Engineering.

2005 - Postgraduate studies at the Institute for Economic Research. PhD in Economics. Lieutenant in reserve.

1999 - 2000 - Adviser to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

2000 - 2001 - Editor-in-chief of the news program of “Ar” TV company, executive director of the TV company.

2001 - Presenter of the economic and analytical program of the Public Television.

2002 - 2006 - Lecturer at the Armenian State Engineering University.

2003 - 2013 - Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University.

2009 - Founder of the information-analytical website “7 days” (www.7or.am) and the research institute “Political Economy.”

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.
