2009 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University with a degree in criminal law and criminal proceedings.



2011 - Master's Degree in criminal law from the same Faculty.



2013 - Master's Degree from the Law Faculty of the American University of Armenia (LL.M.).



2014 - Postgraduate studies at the Law Faculty of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University.



2014 - Graduated from the School of Lawyers of the Republic of Armenia.



Member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. Attorney. Candidate of Legal Sciences.



2011 - 2012 - Specialist of the Department of Criminal Procedure Law of the Staff of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia.



March - December 2012 - Leading Specialist, Acting Head of the Legal Analysis Department of the Staff of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia.  



2012 - 2014 - Head of the Department of Legal Analysis of the Staff of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, Representative of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

Member of the coordinating group on the development of the draft Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia and the Draft Law on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, National Expert of the Council of Europe on the development of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court.



June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.



2018 - Awarded the Letter of Thanks of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.



Author of over 22 scientific articles.



Married, with two children.
