Born July 6, 1961 in Yerevan.

1984 - Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.

1996 - Master's degree at the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the State Engineering University of Armenia.

1999 - Postgraduate studies at the same Faculty.

2020 - Master's degree at the Faculty of Law of the Russian- Armenian (Slavonic) University. Master of Laws.

1982 - 1987 - Engineer-designer of the Special Design Bureau (SDB).

1987 - 1993 - Research worker of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.

1993 -1998 - Senior laboratory assistant of the “Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering” Chair.

Since 1998 - Lecturer at the “Mechanics and Machine Science” faculty of the State Engineering University of Armenia.

Since 1997 - President of the NGO “Ashur” Assyrian Youth Center.

1998 - 2001 - Representative of the national minority of the Committee on Human Rights Issues attached to the President of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2000 - Representative of the Assyrian community in the Council coordinating the activities of national-cultural organizations of national minorities attached to the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2000 - 2003 - Chairman of the NGO “Union of National Minorities of Armenia.”

2004 - 2018 - Head of the Assyrian Language Group of the Methodological Council of Semitic Languages attached to the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2007 -  President of “Khayadta” Federation of Assyrian Organizations of Armenia Union of Legal Entities.

Since 2018 - President of “Khayadta” NGO.

2009 - 2014 - Member of the Public Board of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2012 - Editor of “Assyrian News” newspaper.

Since 2021 -  Member of the Executive Board of the “Assyrian Universal Alliance (AUA)” and the Secretary of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.

December 8, 2022 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

2010 - Awarded the Letter of Thanks “for the Long-term Effective Work in the Composition of the Board Coordinating the Activities of the National-cultural Organizations and for Contributing to the Inter-community Cooperation of National Minorities of the Republic of Armenia” (President).

1998 - Developed the concept of “Preservation and Development of the Assyrian Language.”   2000 - Co-authored the subject standard “Assyrian Language and Literature” and the Assyrian curriculum for 1-12 grades. 

Author of articles and reports related to human rights, the protection of national minorities and the problems of the Assyrian community.

Married, with two children.
