Article 1. In Article 5 of the Constitutional Law “On Making Amendments and Supplement to the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” to of January 21, 2020 LA-46-N:

1) the words in part 1 “beginning July 31” shall be replaced with the words “beginning November 31;”

2) the words in part 2 “before July 31” shall be replaced with the words “before November 31;”

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day, following the official promulgation.
