Article 1. Article 145 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of December 16, 2016 LA - 9 - N,

1) shall be supplemented with part 5.1 with the following content:

  “5.1. If a candidate is not nominated to the competent standing committee of the National Assembly within the specified period, then within a ten-day period, candidates may be nominated for the corresponding office.”

2) the words “vacant” in parts 6 and 12 shall be replaced with the word “appropriate.”

  Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the day following its official publication.
