Article 1. Article 138 of the Constitutional Law of December 16, 2016 LA -9-N “ Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly ” :

1) shall be supplemented with part 11.1 as follows:

“ 11.1. “If the nominee for Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee is not elected, the competent faction shall nominate a new candidate within five working days after the voting.”

2) Part 12 shall be supplemented with the words “in the procedure and” after the words “ defined by the Rules of Procedure.”

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the day following its official publication.
