Guided by part 3 of Article 104 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and by paragraph 8 of part 1 of Article 28 of the Constitution Law of the Republic of Armenia, the “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of the Republic of Armenia, the Council of the National Assembly DECIDES:

1. to approve the statute of the staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Appendix I. (Edited on 27.12.2017 DCNA-046-L)

2. to approve the Statute of the Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Appendix 2. (Edited on 27.12.2017 DCNA-046-L)

3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
