On March 20, within the framework of Open Doors programme the pupils, teachers and director of Azatan Secondary School of Shirak Marz visited the RA National Assembly. The guests took a tour in the parliament then observed the work of the NA regular sitting.

Afterwards the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Vardan Bostanjyan met with them and conducted the Open Lesson. The MP presented the main principles of the activities of the National Assembly and touched upon the peculiarities of the parliamentary government.

The Committee Chair answered the pupils’ questions which mainly related to the educational sphere, particularly the twelve-year education, Karabakh problem and the parliamentary government.

At the end of the meeting Vardan Bostanjyan urged the attendees to study well and create for the prosperity of the Motherland.
