Gagik Minasyan has stated that the Budget Office, as in any country, including Armenia, is a huge weapon for implementing budgetary oversight. In the Committee Chair's word, the RA NA Budget Office has rather honest capabilities with little financing and a staff with few members. The Office mainly presents certificates on the problems relating to the budget and the economic development.

The specialists of The Westminster Foundation for Democracy emphasized the necessity of the rise of the efficiency of the work being implemented with the RA NA Budget Office and the Committees within the framework of the cooperation with the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation.
