At October 19 sitting the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Gevorg Kostanyan debated in the first reading the package of bills on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Constitutional Law the RA Electoral Code, on Amending the RA Constitutional Law on Referendum, on Making Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Infringements and on Making Addendum to the RA Law on Defense.
The MP Gevorg Kostanyan and the RA Acting Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan expressed their viewpoints on the item. The Committee endorsed the legislative package.
On the same day at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Khosrov Harutyunyan debated the programmes of the State Committee for Protection of Economic Competition, as well as Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).
The Chairman of the RA State Committee for Protection of Economic Competition Artak Shaboyan and the Deputy Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission Mikayel Soghomonyan presented the programmes.
The RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated in the second reading and endorsed the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Licensing.
