On November 1, at the extraordinary sitting in the closed procedure moderated by Gevorg Kostanyan the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection debated and endorsed the draft law on Announcing Pardon on the Criminal Cases on the occasion of 2800th of Erebuni-Yerevan Establishment and the 100th Anniversary of Declaration of Independence of the First Republic of Armenia.
