At November 1, the NA extraordinary sitting the legislative package on Announcing Pardon on the Criminal Cases on the 2800th of Erebuni-Yerevan Establishment and the 100th Anniversary of Declaration of Independence of the First Republic of Armenia and on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Criminal Procedure Code was debated and unanimously passed.

The RA Acting Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan informed that the Government and the MPs presented recommendations during the period from the first to the second reading: not all of them were passed.

The RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan informed that the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights debated the package in the second reading and endorsed it.

The deputies Naira Zohrabyan, Hayk Babukhanyan, Alik Sargsyan, Edmon Marukyan, the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov made speeches.

The RA Acting Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan answered the MPs’ raised questions.
