On December 6, the sitting of the National Assembly was not held. At 10:00 necessary number of deputies was not registered. Under the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure , the deputies’ registration continued 4 hours, but appropriate number of deputies was not registered.
By 14:00, 11 MPs were registered.
