On the occasion of being elected in the position of the President of the RA National Assembly the Speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Andreychenko, the Deputy Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Italy Paola Taverna, the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Representatives of the People’s Republic of China Li Zhanshu, the Acting Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Valery Smerikov and His Holiness and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II sent congratulatory addresses to Ararat Mirzoyan.
“The National Assembly of the 7th convocation begins its activity in a period important for our country and people, when new opportunities open with the rule of justice and law to improve our life and record new, constructive achievements. The National Assembly is called for this high and responsible mission with our people’s great trust,” the congratulatory address by His Holiness and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II particularly reads.
