According to RA law “On the Order of Discussing the Suggestions, Applications and Complaints” general division of the secretariat of NA staff publishes the brief information of the results of discussing letters of the first quarter of 2005.

993 applications of RA citizens have been received, registered and handed to NA Speaker and Vice-Speaker, all the letters have been answered.

515 letters have been handed to NA Standing Committees; all the letters have been answered in written form or orally.

160 applications have been handed to NA factions and deputy groups, all the applications have been answered in written form or orally.

Legislative, legal, healthcare, social, educational, financial, housing, employment, privatization, domestic issues are raised in the letters.
