On December 16, the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan, the Committee members Arusyak Julhakyan, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, Nikolay Baghdasaryan met with the representatives of the Venice Commission delegation.

At the meeting the sides touched upon the process of the judicial-legal reforms being implemented in the Republic of Armenia in the context of the legislative draft laws presented by the Venice Commission Experts' opinion.

Vladimir Vardanyan thoroughly presented the ongoing processes in our country after the Velvet revolution, talked about the reforms being implemented in the judicial system and the issues concerning the formation of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.

Issues on the further cooperation with the RA National Assembly and the Venice Commission were also discussed.
