On December 11, the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Anna Karapetyan, during which the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Bankruptcy authored by the Government was debated in the second reading and endorsed and the enclosed package of bills.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Rafik Grigoryan informed that the legislative package had been technically amended from the first to the second reading, and there were no recommendations in written form by the deputies. According to Rafik Grigoryan, there have been meetings with the NA Factions for debating the raised questions.

The co-speaker the RA NA deputy Artur Davtyan noted that the working discussions were organized in relation to the issue.
