On March 11, the deputies of the RA NA My Step Faction Tsovinar Vardanyan, Sona Ghazaryan and Narek Zeynalyan initiated a working discussion on the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda in Labor Code, where representatives from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, international and non-governmental organizations, experts and lawyers took part.

As Tsovinar Vardanyan has presented, by the regulation being proposed by the draft law the protection of the rights of the employees, particularly the women is expected by law, as well as encouraging to be engaged with economic activity.

The participants of the discussion exchanged ideas over the demographic concerning statistic data, positive discrimination and encouraging fatherhood.
