At April 10 sitting of the RA NA Regional and Eurasian Integration moderated by Mikayel Melkumyan, the draft law on Ratifying the ProtoՀարցերի դեպքում զանգահարել 8141:col on Joining the Agreement of 12 November 2014 on Responsibility for the Order of Protection of Secret Information and Its Publication While Implementing the Control Authorities Towards Keeping the United Rules of Competition by the Eurasian Economic Committee, presented by the Chairman of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Gegham Gevorgyan, was debated. The Protocol was signed on 3 December 2018 in the city of Moscow.

According to the key speaker Gegham Gevorgyan, the Agreement is not related to the information of state secret, which is regulated by the RA legislation.

The RA Deputy Minister of Environment Irina Ghaplanyan presented to the Committee members the RA draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on the Transboundary of Hazardous Wastes Through

The Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The MPs’ questions referred to the notion ‘secret information,’ the movement of the hazardous waste, the destiny of the radioactive, as well as lithosphere use wastes.

The debated legislative initiatives were endorsed.

Afterwards the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Avag Avanesyan presented to the Committee members the report on the procedure of the RA Government programme implementation for 2019 and its results approved by the decision of 8 February 2019 of the RA Government.

The Deputy Minister answered to the Committee members’ questions, which related to the steps directed to the involvement of the investments, exports and the import flows.
