The Speaker of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone talk with the Speaker of the RF FA Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko.
During the talk the Head of the Armenian Parliament congratulated Valentina Matviyenko on holding referendum and its results.
