During the meeting with OSCE President Rene van der Linden problems related to constitutional reforms in Armenia were discussed. The President of the Assembly highlighted the fulfillment of the wide campaign till the period of the referendum and the effective fulfillment of the reforms.

New York meetings were also specified with the establishment of the new parliamentary relations. RA Na President had bilateral official meetings with Lubomir Zaoralek, Chairperson of the Czech Republic, Theresa Meyer, President of the Federal Assembly of Switzerland, Chikage Oogi, President of the House of Councilors, Jose Severino Cavalcanti, President of the Chamber of Deputies and Abdulhadi Majali, Speaker of the House of Deputies. Agreements were reached to establish inter-parliamentary ties with those countries. Artur Baghdasaryan expressed conviction that the establishment of inter-parliamentary ties can greatly promote the development of bilateral relations in different spheres, as well as promote the right understanding of the problems pertaining to Armenia and international cooperation.

During the meeting with Demetris Christofias, President of the House of Representatives, an agreement was reached to erect a monument dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide in Larnaca.

After the New York meetings RA NA President Artur Baghdasaryan returned to Yerevan.
