On November 16, the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment convened its regular sitting moderated by Matevos Asatryan.

The bill on Making Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government authored by the deputies of the RA NA My Step Faction Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Nikolay Baghdasaryan, Narek Zeynalyan, Koryun Mkrtchyan and the enclosed presented package of bills are debated in the second reading.

The key rapporteur Nikolay Baghdasaryan informed that the initiative was debated from the first to the second reading with the representatives of the concerned institutions, the MPs presented recommendations, which were accepted. According to the speaker, the Government also introduced recommendations relating to the inclusion of the certain standards, which were not debated yet. The voting of the initiative was postponed up to two months.

The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Local Duties and Payments authored by the RA Government was debated, and the voting was postponed up to two months for improving the initiative.

The debate of the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Land Code authored by the Government was postponed.

The package of the bills on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Local Payment of the Automobile Parking and on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences authored by the deputies of the RA NA My Step Faction Sisak Gabrielyan, Arusyak Julhakyan, Sona Ghazaryan, Sipan Pashinyan was removed from the circulation.
