The Speaker of the RF Federation Council of the Federal Assembly Valentina Matviyenko sent a congratulatory telegram to the Speaker of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan on his birthday.
Congratulating Ararat Mirzoyan, Valentina Matviyenko expressed confidence that the personal features of the Speaker of the National Assembly would help to overcome the hard times for Armenia.
At the end of the telegram the Speaker of the Federation Council wished speedy recovery to the Speaker of the National Assembly.
