Taking as a basis the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly on convening the extraordinary session of the National Assembly and NACD-072-L decision of 29 December 2020 of the National Assembly Council, being led by Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 44 of the Constitutional Law of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, by the NA Speaker’s decision one hour after the extraordinary session of the National Assembly convened on 28 December 2020 at 11:00, convene an extraordinary session by the initiator’s established agenda.
