“Today is spring.

Gor Kloyan, Davit Petrosyan, Armen Farmanyan, Tigran Khachatryan, Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, Grigor Gevorgyan, Samvel Harutyunyan, Zakar Hovhannisyan, policemen Hamlet Tadevosyan and Tigran Abgaryan dreamed to live in a free, democratic and happy Armenia 13 years ago on March 1. The democratic path of the Republic of Armenia was suspended for 10 years as a result of military force use by illegal order on March 1.

During these days, when unacceptably several high ranking military made an attempt to meddle in the inner-political processes, we are obliged not to let similar development of the events.

Thus, I call on all individuals, civil groups, parties to put aside all political disagreements in memory of March 1 victims and act with one front to reject violence and threat as a tool of resolving political processes. Our Motherland should never pass through such ordeal.
