Electronic System for Conducting Administrative Proceedings To Be Introduced
1 / 10

The executive body proposes to introduce an electronic system for conducting administrative proceedings in the tax body. This and a number of other amendments are proposed to be made to the Code on Administrative Offenses.

It is envisaged with the introduction of the new system to use available work resources more effectively. According to the RA Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Edvard Hovhannisyan, the proceedings will be conducted more quickly and operatively, and the direct contacts between the employees of the tax bodies and the taxpayers will be reduced, contributing to the reduction of corruption risks. The MPs did not present proposals in the first to the second reading.

The packages on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on State Duty, on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Normative Legal Acts and the enclosed bills authored by the Government were debated in the first reading.

The draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on Weapons authored by the Government was debated in the second reading.
