At March 22 of the NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration, the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan presented the results of the procedure of the Government programme implementation for 2020.

Subvention programmes of about 26bln AMD were carried out in the communities. 14bln of that sum was allocated from the state budget: 11bln – from the own means of the community. About 700mln AMD investment was made from the private sector in the communities.

Vache Terteryan presented details about the works implemented in the communities with the Territorial Development Fund. Touching upon the USAID program, he has noted that almost all international organizations represented in Armenia work with interest in the local self-government sphere. The investment of the community electronic government systems is at continuous phase. Offices for the citizens’ service and rendering services of local importance function in 52 large communities.

Answering to the Committee Chairs’ questions, the rapporteur introduced details on the procedure of the road construction programs, referred to the works being done in providing favorable conditions for water supply and water removal and investment environment.
