Committee Endorses Draft Law on Providing Tax and Customs Privileges

At April 14 regular sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, the draft law designing Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Providing Tax and Customs Privileges in the frameworks of Dilijan International School Program was debated and endorsed in the second reading.

The Committee Chair Babken Tunyan noted that stemming from the urgency it is proposed to debate the draft law in the second reading during 24 hours. It is expected that the law will be completely adopted until April 20 - on tax reporting day, and the entity will have no problems related to tax functions.

According to the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan, tax and customs privileges are provided to the organizations which implement the program, as a result of which more predictable tax and problem free environment will be provided.
