Viktor Yengibaryan: It is not compulsory at all to take the political debate to a level that speaking about this most important theme crucial for Armenian nation, you mention that this or that political team is guilty. What does that mean to lay the responsibility on one or several persons. As a state, what do we want? What do we demand from the institutes, when we speak about foreign relations, when we speak about the army, health care and other institutes?
