On May 4, the National Assembly convened the regular sittings.

The Speaker of Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan noted that, pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, at least one-fifth of the NA deputies’ total number proposed in official written form to discuss the report of the Inquiry Committee for Examining the Circumstances of the Military Activities of April 2016 at the closed sitting of the National Assembly.

Ararat Mirzoyan has informed that though the issue causes public interest, but while making conclusion it has been recorded by the state different institutions that the package contains numerous state secrets, from which the proposal stems.

The proposal was put for voting and was accepted.
