On October 24, a sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations was held, which presided Armen Rustamyan, Chairman of the Committee.

Davit Lokyan, Minister of Agriculture, submitted to the committee the Development Credit Agreement, Credit Number 4095AM, (Rural Enterprise and Small-Scale Commercial Agriculture Development Project) between the Republic of Armenia and International Development Association in Yerevan on July 20, 2005. The minister noted that the goal of the agreement was the assignment of credit to Armenia, for implementation of the Rural Enterprise and Small-scale Commercial Agriculture Development Project from the International Development Association. The credit is given to finance expenses in different directions i.e. jobs, getting goods, retraining, consultative services, functional expenses and so forth.

The agreement was put on the draft agenda of October 24-27 four-day sittings with an endorsement.
