At July 1 extraordianry sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs moderated by Narek Zeynalyan the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA law on State Non-Commercial Organisations (SNCO) authored by the deputies Mkhitar Hayrapetyan and Hovhannes Hovhannisyan was debated in the second reading and endorsed.

An opportunity will be created by the proposing amendment to set visible criteria of the rise of efficiency and accountability of the SNCO directors’ activity by the laws regulating relevant spheres.

During the period from the first to the second reading proposals were not received.
