Message by RA NA President Ararat Mirzoyan on Constitution Day

According to the Mother Law of our country, the constituent, the people of the Republic of Armenia has invariably defined that Armenia is a sovereign, democratic, social, legal state and that in Armenia power belongs to the people.
The values that underlie these formulations embody the centuries-old cherished dreams and desires of our people and the fight for freedom.
Now, after severe ordeals and calamities, our people have the right and, in some sense, also the obligation to be reborn and to build their happy future again, to prove that those values are sacred, unquestionable and indisputable, and the course of our statehood – unstoppable.
I congratulate all of us on the occasion of Constitution Day.
