In accordance with Article 32.2 of the constitutional law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, in case of extraordinary election of the National Assembly the first session is convened after the formation of the newly elected National Assembly, on the second Monday, at 10:00am, about which the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission announces .
