On October 21-22, the regular meeting of the Permanent Commission on Practices of State-Building and Local Government of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (IPA CIS) was held in Saint Petersburg.
The draft of the Stable Development Concept of the CIS Members States was appreciated by the parliamentarians, the proposals and remarks had been taken into considerations. It was included in the agenda of the IPA CIS next plenary meeting.
The model draft law on International Observation was also debated. During the debate the RANA deputy Nazel Baghdasaryan spoke about the role and significance of the observation missions of the RF State Duma and the RA NA snap elections. The observations, which were introduced by the Armenian Delegation were accepted as knowledge and would be debated at the next meeting.
