Statement on Creating Inquiry Committee

Pursuant to Article 20.1 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, by the demand of at least one quarter of the deputies’ total number, Inquiry Committee of the National Assembly for Studying the Facts Hindering a Fair Trial for Cases Initiated in Courts in Violation of the Distribution Procedure Established by Law, as well as Disciplinary Proceedings Initiated by the Minister of Justice against Judges.

Pursuant to Article 20.6 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the draft decision of the National Assembly setting the number of the Inquiry Committee members will be debated at the regular sittings to begin on October 26, 2021,” the statement signed by the RA NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Ruben Rubinyan reads.
