On October 29, during the parliamentary briefings following the NA regular sittings, Seyran Ohanyan informed that pursuant to Article 20.1 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Inquiry Committee for Studying the Use of Funds Collected by the "Hayastan" All - Armenian Fund and Transferred to the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia was formed at the request of at least one quarter of the total number of the deputies. Artsvik Minasyan will chair it. Seyran Ohanyan highlighted the examination of the issue of the public concern.
