On November 1, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Andranik Kocharyan the financial allocations and budgetary programmes of the Ministry of Emergency Situations designed by the RA law on the RA State Budget for 2022 were debated.
As the RA Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan has assured, 13 bln 978,5 mln AMD are designed to allocate, including for the expenditures of the maintenance of the administration staff. 11 bln 608,6 mln AMD will be allocated to the rescue services and 752,9 mln AMD are designed for the seismic protection. The seismic risk assessment and reduction are emphasized.
Andranik Piloyan has informed that the Ministry cooperates with the Urban Development and any building in the republic without permission is not built. Special attention is given to the seismic security problems of the kindergartens and schools. According to the Minister, in 2022, six programmes and nine events will be carried out. The presented programmes are: the technical security regulation, the development of the response capacities of the emergency situations, the seismic protection, the rescue services, the management of the reserves of strategic importance and the elaboration of the state policy of the emergency situations’ sphere.
