The Chairman of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee Sasun Khachatryan presented the draft budget for 2022 of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.
The Anti-Corruption has been created recently, and therefore the budget of the coming year is still at the stage of elaboration. Sasun Khachatryan presented the preliminary version of the draft law.
The structure will implement the Corruption Crime Disclosure and Examination Provision Budget Programme. 2bln 378mln 900.000 AMD will be directed to the implementation. The prgramme comprises of three events.
2bln 336mln AMD will be provided for the holding of the event Criminal Procedure Implementation.
The implementation of the event Training and Special Education Organizations is designed by the law on Anti-Corruption Committee. 96 employees of the Committee will be trained, and the expenditure will be 12.6mln AMD. There will training programmes will be at the expense of the means of the International partner organizations.
The third event is the reserve fund of the Anti-Corruption Committee: it will be 30.3mln AMD.
According to the forecasts, in 2022 it is envisaged to examine 2000 crimes of the corruption character. It is designed to also operate the territorial subdivisions.
