On November 9, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport, the RA Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Artur Martirosyan presented the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on Cooperation between the RA Government and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the field of Education and Science for a debate.

The agreement was signed on July 5, 2019 in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The aim is to make the exchange of experience between the professionals of the educational field and the educational institutions more accesable, as well as to promote exchange programmes of researchers, lecturers, students and pupils.

The co-rapporteur Narek Babayan highlighted the adoption of the draft law underlining the fact of expanding the opportunities in the field of education.

The draft was endorsed by voting.
