Dear compatriots,

On the past days unfortunately we have seen a process which Azerbaijan launched against peace first on Goris-Kapan road and on the customs checkpoint after that when they have seen that the people is responding and resisting on the 16th day established the same checkpoint on the Kapan-Chakaten and disturbed Kapan-Chakaten communication, saying we don’t achieve the purposes . Azerbaijan started military encroachment as of now local activities on the way on the borders unleashed by the Azerbaijan military activities of the local. There is a probability that it may deteriorate into a large scale problem for the regional security, that is why a call on to our allies, partners and the countries with which we have relevant agreements take necessary m easure s to prevent it’s activities, otherwise we have said what consequences are possible. I call on unity I would like opposition representatives to be here, we call on international organizations not to take a neutral stance, but first of all it’s a n appeal to our partners who unfortunately are not here.
