On December 7, at the meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan was unanimously re-elected PACE General Rapporteur on Abolition of Death Penalty.
