Artur Ghazinyan’s Question to Nikol Pashinyan
1 / 1

During the RA-Government Q & A session the deputy of the NA Armenia Faction Artur Ghazinyan touched upon the Prime Minister’s claim that ‘corridor’ will not be.

The MP has pushed forward four components, which according to him, guarantee the absence of the ‘corridor:’ the RA border guards will stand on the border, the RA customs services will carry out customs control towards the goods and cargos entering Armenia through that road, the RA law enforcement bodies will investigate the accidents happened on the road, and all kinds of communications will be built from the RA state budget means. The MP tried to clarify from the Prime Minister whether these four components are available in the international document to be negotiated and signed.

“If we are led by your logic the non RA border guards stand on the RA-Iran border. Therefore, is the road coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran to Armenia a corridor or not? I agree with other items, because you say evident things, which are registered in the statement published on the previous day of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We will provide opening of communications, we are concerned about it,” Nikol Pashinyan said.
