The MP has touched upon Spitak disastrous earthquake and has affirmed that despite the reconstruction and investment programmes being implemented, nevertheless after 33 years, problems of environmental accessibility are available in Gyumri.

The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan has accepted the MP’s observation, adding that during the last period considerable works are carried out on the solution of those problems.
